1. Publisher

The teou-app.com website and the Téou application are published by Teou Mobility LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) governed by United States law, formed on 3 September 2026 in the State of Wyoming.

In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version prevails. For users residing in The Gambia, the English version prevails. Where the law of the user’s country of residence requires another language, the version drafted in that language prevails.

2. Hosting

The teou-app.com website and the web application are hosted and deployed by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (telephone: +1 559 288 7060).

The application’s database, authentication and server functions are hosted by Supabase Pte. Ltd., a company governed by Singapore law, 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, on its infrastructure in the Paris region (France).

The base map and route calculation are self-hosted by the publisher on its own server (maps.teou-app.com): vector tiles, fonts, icons and the OSRM route calculation engine are served directly from it, without recourse to a third-party mapping service. This server is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France; telephone: +44 333 370 0425) in its London data centre (United Kingdom); it receives the start and end coordinates of each route calculation, which are not kept.

3. Status of the service and regulatory formalities

Téou is currently the subject of a restricted technical pilot, conducted for functional and security validation purposes. The service is not marketed and is not open for subscription in any of the countries concerned until the declaration or authorisation formalities required by the competent national data protection authority have been completed there.

The teou-app.com website is an information-only showcase site: no subscription, payment or order can be made on it. The trial version is accessed from the application, within the restricted framework described above. During this pilot, sign-in is reserved for numbers registered by the publisher on a trial list; any other number is refused before anything is sent. No subscription and no payment is available in the application, in any of the countries whose numbers are accepted.

Status of formalities. As of the date of the last update of this page, no formality has been completed. The references of the declaration receipts and of the authorisations issued by the national data protection authorities will be published here as soon as they are notified. The list of these authorities and of their reference laws appears in section 10 of the privacy policy.

4. Role of the publisher

Teou Mobility LLC acts exclusively as a technology intermediary. It provides a tool for connecting people and viewing positions. It is neither a carrier, nor a courier, nor an organiser of journeys, and is not a party to physical, commercial or contractual disputes between users. Its liability is governed by section 5 of the Terms of Use.

5. Intellectual property

The “Téou” brand, the logo, the application interface and the texts, visuals and illustrations of the website are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without written permission is forbidden. The map data remains subject to the OpenStreetMap licence (ODbL).

6. Personal data and cookies

The teou-app.com website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement or advertising tool, and collects no data from its visitors, apart from the hosting provider’s technical logs described in section 12 of the privacy policy. The terms of processing of the application’s data are detailed in the privacy policy.
